BACKGROUND AND CREDENTIALS
I started my tech career as a social analyst inventing the job as new use cases arrived, took on management opportunities as they developed, and matured our company to have not only a Customer Success Team, but a full Customer Experience Team.
I grew our global support, education, certification, customer operations and analytics for over a decade.
I worked with big data, NLP, AI and proprietary software to understand our customers needs, competitive advantages/risks, R&D, potential conflicts, and quirky trends in each of their markets.
I now have the honor of chairing our executive SVP team, functioning as a culture lead and chief of staff while leading our in house analytics+ group, creating efficiencies by building department automations, and envisioning new processes to smooth operations across the company.
I chose an agile, adaptable mindset to lead through career growth, a merger that doubled our size, a subsidiary acquisition, layoffs effecting the entire company, vender relationship shifts, multiple corporate rebrands.
I am thankful my unique career has been shaped working directly with stand out companies such as Visa, Coca-Cola, Publicis, Walmart, UMG Nashville, American Airlines, KPMG, Johnson & Johnson, Boston Consulting Group, Lowe’s, Nike, AMC, Kraft, Target, ESPN, Cinemark Theatres, and more.
